Frequently asked questions

What Cheetah costs, who holds your keys, how copy trading and demo mode work, and what can go wrong. If something here is unclear, ask us, we would rather explain it twice.

What is Cheetah?
A trading terminal for memecoins on Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. It finds new tokens and smart-money moves, lets you copy wallets that have a track record, and executes in one tap. It runs as a website, a phone app, and a Telegram bot, all on the same account.
What does it cost?
0.5% of the trade value per trade, dropping to 0.4% if you were referred, with a minimum of $0.95 per trade. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Network fees and DEX liquidity costs are separate and go to the network, not to us, the full breakdown is on Fees.
Who holds my keys?
You do. A wallet is created for you when you sign up, the keys are encrypted, and you can withdraw at any time. There is no seed phrase to write down and lose. Cheetah cannot move your funds anywhere except where you tell it to, see Security.
Can I try it without risking money?
Yes. Demo mode gives you $1,000 of play money at real live prices, so the fills, the charts and the fees all behave like the real thing while nothing is at stake. Toggle it in the terminal and switch back whenever you want.
How does copy trading work?
You pick a wallet and Cheetah mirrors the trades it makes. You set the size of each copied buy, a daily spending cap and a maximum number of open positions, and you choose whether to mirror their sells too. You can stop copying at any moment, read Copy Trading before you start.
Is copy trading safe?
No form of memecoin trading is safe. Copying a wallet copies its losses as faithfully as its wins, past performance says little about the next trade, and leaderboards flatter whoever got lucky recently. The controls above exist to bound how much a bad run can cost you, not to remove the risk.
How do I sign in?
Telegram, Phantom, MetaMask, or an email address and password. Whichever you choose reaches the same account across web, phone and the bot.
How do I fund my account?
Send SOL to the wallet address shown in the app. It lands in your own wallet, so nothing is held on your behalf along the way.
How do I withdraw?
Withdraw to any Solana address from the app, whenever you like. There is no lock-up and no withdrawal window.
Which chains does Cheetah support?
Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. Buys on EVM chains are paid from your balance and bridged automatically in seconds, so one deposit trades every chain.
Can I earn by referring people?
Yes, see Affiliates. You get a share of the trading fees from everyone you refer, and they pay the lower 0.4% rate.
How do I get help?
Contact us or email support@cheetah.trading. Nobody from Cheetah will ever ask for your private keys, seed phrase or password.

Memecoin trading is highly speculative and involves substantial risk. Token prices can change rapidly, and you may lose some or all of the funds you use to trade. Nothing on this page constitutes financial advice.
