Cheetah — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Cheetah Technologies LLC ("Cheetah," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Cheetah trading bot on Telegram, the Cheetah mobile application, the website located at cheetah.trading, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

Information you provide to us. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Your Telegram user ID, username, and display name;
  • Your email address or social media handles, if you provide them;
  • Account credentials and settings;
  • Referral codes and information about who referred you;
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

Wallet and transaction information. When a Trading Wallet is created for you or imported by you, we collect and process the associated public wallet addresses, transaction history, token balances, and trading activity conducted through the Services. Please note that blockchain transactions are recorded on public, permanent ledgers; anyone can view the activity of a wallet address, and we have no ability to remove or alter on-chain data.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain device and usage information, including your IP address, device identifiers, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, timestamps, pages and screens viewed, and actions taken within the Services. On our website and mobile application, we may collect this information using cookies, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information to:

  • Create and administer your account and Trading Wallet;
  • Execute the transactions you instruct and calculate applicable fees;
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
  • Send administrative communications, such as service announcements and security alerts;
  • Operate referral, rewards, leaderboard, and social features;
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, market manipulation, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
  • Comply with applicable law, sanctions requirements, and lawful requests from authorities;
  • Analyze usage trends and measure the effectiveness of our features and marketing; and
  • Protect the vital interests, rights, property, and safety of our Users, the Company, and others.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Personal Information?

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers. Third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, and agents who perform services on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, wallet infrastructure, analytics, customer support, and communications — under contracts that restrict their use of your information to the purposes for which we disclose it.
  • Payment and identity-verification partners. When you buy digital assets with a card or bank account, our on-ramp partners (currently Stripe and MoonPay) process your payment and may collect government identification, a selfie, and other identity-verification information directly under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation of the order and your account email, not your identity documents.
  • Blockchain networks and trading infrastructure. Your public wallet address and transaction details are necessarily transmitted to blockchain networks, RPC providers, decentralized exchanges, and aggregators to execute your instructions. Information written to a public blockchain is public.
  • Legal and safety. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, and other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights or the rights or safety of others, or detect and prevent fraud or security issues.
  • Business transfers. A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of some or all of our assets, in which case your information may be among the transferred assets.
  • With your consent. Any other party where you have directed or consented to the disclosure.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Websites

The Services operate on and link to third-party platforms and websites we do not control, including Telegram, blockchain explorers, decentralized exchanges, and token project sites. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy and security practices of any third party, and we cannot guarantee the safety of any information you provide to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every service you interact with. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

On our website and mobile application, we may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and SDKs) to access or store information, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Services are used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Services may not function properly without them.

Analytics and session replay. We use PostHog (hosted in the United States) and Google Analytics to understand how the Services are used. On our website, PostHog records product analytics events and session replays: the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, text you type into the site (passwords are always masked), and the contents of charts and other on-screen elements. Replays are linked to your account when you are signed in. We use this information to find bugs and improve the Services, and we do not sell it. Replays are retained for up to 30 days and analytics events for up to 12 months. To opt out of analytics and replay, email support@cheetah.trading from your account email or set your browser's Do Not Track signal and ask us to honor it for your account.

6. Telegram and Social Logins

If you access the Services through Telegram or register using another third-party account, we receive certain information from that platform, such as your user ID, username, display name, and profile photo. We use this information only as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how the third-party platform collects, uses, or shares your information.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law — for example, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, sanctions compliance, or other legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it. Note that information recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

8. Information Security

We implement appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. You access and transmit information to the Services at your own risk, and you are responsible for securing your own devices, Telegram account, and private keys.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete that information. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at support@cheetah.trading.

10. Do-Not-Track Signals

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and other states:

  • The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the categories of sources, purposes, and third parties involved;
  • The right to access and obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Profile on the website or Settings in the mobile app, or by emailing support@cheetah.trading;
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and certain profiling; and
  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@cheetah.trading with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with one permitted extension). If we decline to take action on your request, residents of certain states may appeal our decision by replying to our response, and, if the appeal is denied, may contact their state Attorney General.

California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes under California's "Shine the Light" law, and California residents under 18 may request removal of content they have publicly posted through the Services.

12. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on legal bases such as performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice within the Services or by sending you a direct notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently.
